As a reseller, we are governed by the terms our parent host stipulates.
If our parent host ever changes any system settings to improve their security, they have a right to do this. This can sometimes affect websites hosted, but it is a vital part of having a modern day host.
We advise the following measures to ensure your stay is as pleasant an experience as possible.
1: PLEASE backup your work and database at least on a daily basis.
2: Please take physical copies of your website, and store them on storage media, such as USB Flash drive, CD/R, hard drive etc.
3: If your websites have password / member management systems, please ensure you
do as much as you can to avoid any possible breaches of security. Change passwords
once a week or once a month. Scan your computer for any antispyware or anti-
Cancellation & refund policy
We aim to please. You are never tied in for a fixed length of time. If you pay monthly you can cancel/upgrade or downgrade at any time, with the new cost being effective the following month. You would have to go through the payment process again using the new hosting plan to achieve this, when your past months access has almost expired.
To cancel your hosting, cancel your subscription, using Paypal, and then notify us of your intentions to cancel and leave our hosting.
Once you cancel, there will be a period of 7 days in which you should obtain backups and all the downloads you need from your account. After this time we will terminate the account.
Refunds are not available for our subscriptions because you first have 3 days to try out our system, before deciding if you like the service.

The ONLY exception to this rule is that anybody who has purchased an annual subscription can claim back a partial refund of unused whole months within the first month ONLY.
